HP Victus 15 Blue 144Hz Gaming Laptop

The HP Victus 15 is a 15.6 inch gaming laptop with a 144Hz FHD anti-glare display. It runs on an Intel Core i5-12450H processor with 8 cores and a 4.4 GHz max turbo frequency. The system includes 64GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB PCIe SSD. Graphics are handled by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 with 4GB GDDR6 video memory. Windows 11 Home and Office 2024 are pre-installed.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This laptop suits users who need a high memory capacity of 64GB and a large 2TB PCIe SSD for multitasking and storage. The 144Hz display benefits fast-paced gaming. Buyers who prioritize a lighter chassis or longer battery life should consider other options. The 4GB GPU memory may limit performance in demanding modern titles at high settings.

RTX 3050 4GB GDDR6 graphics card

The single specification that decides fit is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 with 4GB GDDR6 video memory. This GPU delivers entry-level ray-tracing capability and 1080p gaming performance. It determines whether the laptop meets the graphical demands of specific games or creative applications. Buyers should verify that 4GB VRAM aligns with their workload requirements.
