15.6-inch 144Hz FHD gaming laptop

This HP Victus 15 is a gaming laptop built around a 15.6-inch FHD IPS display running at 144Hz. An Intel Core i5-13420H 8-core processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 6GB GPU power modern titles. 32GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe SSD provide capacity for games and applications. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Suits gamers and multitaskers on a budget

The 144Hz screen and RTX 4050 suit gamers who want smooth 1080p performance. 32GB RAM helps streamers and students running heavy multitasking workloads. Buyers needing a touchscreen, fingerprint reader, or higher-resolution panel should look elsewhere.

RTX 4050 6GB graphics card

The single specification that decides fit is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 with 6GB video memory. It targets 1080p gaming at high refresh rates. If your workload demands more VRAM or a higher GPU tier, this is not the right part.

Questions about this item

Will the 15.6 inch chassis fit in a standard 15 inch laptop sleeve?

The chassis measures 14.05 x 10.03 x 0.92 inches and weighs 5.06 lbs, so a sleeve sized for a 15.6 inch laptop with at least 0.92 inch depth is required.

Which screw must be removed first to open the bottom case for the 1TB PCIe SSD upgrade?

Remove all visible base screws, then pry the case from a front corner; the hidden screw under the rear rubber foot is the step most people miss.

How often should the cooling fans be cleaned to keep the RTX 4050 running at its 4.6 GHz boost?

Blow dust from the vents every 3 to 6 months; heavy gaming in warm rooms may need monthly cleaning to sustain the 4.6 GHz turbo.
