HP Victus TG02 Gaming Desktop

This HP Victus TG02 desktop computer ships new with Windows 11 Pro installed. It combines a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12400 processor with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super graphics card and 16 GB of DDR4 memory. A 512 GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD provides the primary storage.

Suited for 1080p gaming and general productivity

The six-core CPU and GTX 1660 Super 6 GB GPU handle mainstream titles at 1080p resolution. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 give current wireless connectivity. Buyers who want more storage than 512 GB or who need a graphics card with newer architecture should look at other systems.

Graphics card is a GTX 1660 Super with 6 GB VRAM

This specific GPU model determines the gaming performance ceiling and feature set for the build. It supports DisplayPort and HDMI output for monitor connections. The 6 GB frame buffer is the fixed limit for texture and asset storage in games.

Questions about this item

How loud or hot does the GTX 1660 Super and i5-12400 combination get when the desktop runs all day?

The system uses a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12400 with a base frequency of 2.5 GHz and a boost up to 4.4 GHz, paired with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6 GB graphics card in a chassis measuring 13.27" x 6.1" x 11.71".

What display cable do I need to connect a monitor to the HDMI or DisplayPort outputs on this Victus TG02?

The desktop provides one HDMI port and one DisplayPort on the GTX 1660 Super, so a standard HDMI cable or DisplayPort cable is required depending on your monitor input.

Will my existing DDR4 memory modules work if I want to expand the 16 GB already installed?

The board supports up to 64 GB of DDR5 3200 MHz RAM, so current DDR4 modules are not compatible; only DDR5 memory can be added.
