Questions about this item

How far can the 256GB DDR4 memory be expanded in the Z8 G4?

The system supports up to 1536GB of DDR4 across its DIMM slots, leaving headroom for future upgrades.

Which component reaches its thermal ceiling first when both Xeon Gold 6148 CPUs run at 2.40GHz continuously?

The dual 20-core processors are the primary heat source; the chassis airflow is designed around their sustained load.

What is the typical acoustic and thermal behaviour when the workstation runs all day with the Quadro M2000 active?

The rackmount chassis uses multiple managed fans; noise rises with CPU and GPU load but stays within data-centre norms.
