HPE CP4025DN colour laser printer for busy offices

The HPE Color LaserJet CP4025DN prints up to 35 pages per minute in both black and colour at 1200 x 1200 dpi. Automatic duplex printing cuts paper use while the 600-sheet input capacity keeps large jobs running. Ethernet connectivity lets the unit sit anywhere on a wired network without a direct USB tether.

Replaces single-function or slower colour printers

Moving from a mono-only device or a colour printer below 35 ppm removes the bottleneck when marketing collateral, presentations or proof sets are needed daily. The jump pays off when monthly colour volume regularly exceeds what a 20 ppm engine can sustain without overtime runs.

Standard rack-mount footprint

Installation consists of placing the unit on a level surface, connecting power and an RJ-45 cable, then loading the four supplied generic toner cartridges. The most common hiccup is forgetting to remove the orange shipping locks on each cartridge before the first calibration cycle.
