HPE Color LaserJet Pro M252DW

This colour laser printer delivers wireless duplex printing for small offices and home workgroups. It produces both black and colour pages at up to 19 ppm with a 600 x 600 dpi resolution. A 3.0 inch colour LCD touchscreen provides direct control of print jobs and settings.

150-sheet input and duplex capacity

The 150-page paper tray handles everyday documents and automatic two-sided printing without manual intervention. Output capacity also reaches 150 pages, so larger batches finish unattended. Users who regularly print high-volume jobs will need additional paper handling.

USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity

USB 2.0, Ethernet and Wi-Fi with NFC give flexible wired or wireless network integration. Mobile printing is supported directly from smartphones and tablets. The bundle includes no extra media trays or finishing accessories.

Questions about this item

Will the 600 x 600 dpi output from this M252DW match the resolution of the older LaserJet I am keeping for drafts?

Both printers can produce 600 x 600 dpi black pages, so text sharpness will be consistent when you switch between them.

How can I verify the 19 ppm color speed is actually reached after I install the printer?

Print a multi-page color document from the 3.0 inch touchscreen menu and time the output; the machine should deliver close to 19 pages per minute once warmed up.

Does the box include a USB 2.0 cable or must I buy one separately for a direct PC link?

The supplied contents are not detailed in the product data, so a USB 2.0 cable should be purchased separately if you need a wired connection.
