HPE Juniper MX104 40G firewall appliance

The HPE Juniper MX104 is a new firewall and network security device built for wired networking environments. It ships as a promotional bundle with an AC power supply and a single interface slot. This appliance suits organisations deploying perimeter security or edge routing where 40 Gbps aggregate throughput is required.

Sustained-load behaviour with 10G and 40G ports

The bundle provides two 10 Gbps ports alongside the 40 Gbps capacity for flexible uplink and downlink configurations. Under continuous traffic the single-slot MIC handles service processing without additional modules. Buyers needing higher port density or redundant power should evaluate larger chassis options.
