HPE LaserJet 2035N Monochrome Printer

The HPE LaserJet 2035N is a monochrome laser printer supplied new with a generic toner cartridge rated for 2,300 pages. It connects via Ethernet and prints at up to 30 pages per minute with a 1,200 x 1,200 dpi resolution. The standard input tray holds 300 sheets. It includes a new maintenance kit and updated firmware.

Who This Suits and Who It Does Not

This printer suits offices that need reliable black-and-white output on a wired network. It is not for users who require colour printing, wireless connectivity, or automatic duplexing. Buyers who need higher paper capacity or faster throughput should look at larger departmental models.

Deciding Specification: Ethernet Connectivity

The sole network interface is a wired Ethernet port. If your environment relies on Wi-Fi or USB direct printing, this unit will not integrate without additional hardware. Confirm that a cabled connection is available at the intended location before purchase.

Questions about this item

Can I use the Ethernet connection on the LaserJet 2035N with my existing network switch?

The printer uses a standard RJ-45 Ethernet port, so it will connect to any switch or router with an available RJ-45 jack.

How can I verify the printer is producing output at the rated 1200 x 1200 dpi after I install it?

Print a test page from the driver and check that text edges are sharp and fine graphics show no visible dots at normal viewing distance.

Does the bundle include the HP CE505A toner cartridge and do I need to buy a maintenance kit separately?

A new generic CE505A cartridge with a 2300-page yield is included, and a new maintenance kit with fuser, rollers and pads is already installed.
