Tower server with 12-core Xeon 4410Y, 32GB DDR5, two 480GB SATA SSDs and MR408i-o controller
Installed Memory Size 32GB
CPU Model Xeon Silver 4410Y
Model 960GB SSD
The HPE ProLiant ML110 Gen11 is a tower server built around a single 12-core Intel Xeon Silver 4410Y processor running at 2.0 GHz. It ships with 32 GB of DDR5 memory in one 4800 MT/s module and two 480 GB SATA SSDs managed by an MR408i-o storage controller. The platform supports up to 1.5 TB of memory across 16 slots and provides four PCIe Gen5 x16 slots plus one OCP3 slot for expansion.
Two 800 W power supplies deliver redundant power for automatic fail-over, while optional redundant fans can be added for extra cooling resilience. The 150 W processor TDP and 12-core design keep thermal output predictable for typical business applications. UEFI Secure Boot and an immutable Silicon Root of Trust with FIPS 140-3 validation protect the boot process without adding acoustic load.
The 4.5U chassis measures 18.2 inches high, 7.7 inches wide and 23.1 inches deep, and can be converted to a 5.5U rack mount when space requirements change. Eight small form factor drive bays and the MR408i-o controller with 4 GB cache give flexible local storage options. Supported operating systems include Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SuSE Linux Enterprise Server, Oracle Linux, Citrix XenServer and Ubuntu.

Other versions of this model
Place the single 32 GB module in the first slot of the first memory channel for the installed Xeon 4410Y; the system has 16 DDR5 slots but only one processor, so populating the correct channel slot ensures 4800 MT/s dual-rank operation instead of halving bandwidth.
The onboard MR408i-o Gen11 x8 Lanes 4GB Cache OCP SPDM Storage Controller manages SATA SSDs; replace failed units with same-interface 2.5-inch SATA drives that match or exceed 480GB capacity for direct hot-plug swap.
The single 150W processor and dual 800W power supplies share the 4.5U airflow path; under continuous load the CPU package temperature hits its throttle point before the power supplies reach their thermal limits.
