Built for demanding daily use

The HTC U24 Pro is an unlocked Android 14 smartphone with a 6.8 inch OLED display running at 120Hz and a 2,436 x 1,080 pixel resolution. It targets users who want generous memory and storage in a single device, offering 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 octa-core processor handles multitasking and modern applications without compromise.

Fits a modern connected setup

Dual 5G SIM standby lets you keep personal and work lines active on sub-6 bands including n1, n3, n5, n7, n8, n20, n28, n38, n40, n41, n77 and n78. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 provide fast local wireless links, while NFC supports contactless services. The phone requires only a nano SIM and a USB‑C charger; no proprietary dock or extra module is needed to use its full connectivity suite.

Sustained imaging and thermal balance

The triple rear camera array pairs a 50MP main sensor with OIS and f/1.88 aperture with a 50MP f/2.0 unit and an 8MP f/2.2 module, all capable of UHD 4K video. The 50MP front camera with autofocus also records 4K. Under extended shooting or gaming sessions the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 maintains steady clock speeds rather than throttling after a short burst, keeping frame rates and image processing consistent.

Questions about this item

Does the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 throttle during long 120 Hz gaming sessions?

The octa-core Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 pairs with 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, so sustained 120 Hz gameplay stays smooth without heavy thermal throttling.

How hot or loud does the phone get when used all day?

The 6.8-inch OLED panel and efficient 7 Gen 3 chip keep surface temperatures low and there are no moving parts, so the device stays silent and only warm under continuous load.

What must I already own to use the dual 5G SIM feature?

You need two active nano-SIM cards from carriers that support the listed Sub-6 5G bands such as n78, n77 or n28, plus a Wi-Fi 6E router to match the phone’s Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
