Liquid-Tight Conduit Connector

Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems supplies a 1/2 in trade-size fitting that joins flexible liquid-tight non-metallic conduit to a 1/2 in MNPT box connection. The 90-degree orientation routes cable through tight corners while the black nylon body resists corrosion and UV exposure. Suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.

Installers needing a 90-degree turn

Electricians running conduit around obstructions in panels, machinery or outdoor enclosures will find the right-angle design practical. Buyers who require a straight-through connection or a metallic conduit interface should select a different fitting style.

90-degree connection orientation

The elbow geometry is the single specification that determines whether this connector matches the routing path. Verify that the installation demands a right-angle entry before ordering.

Questions about this item

Does the nylon housing handle heat from cables running all day?

The black nylon fitting is rated for indoor and outdoor use, so it resists normal operating temperatures in conduit installations.

What conduit must I already have for this 1/2 in connector to fit?

It connects to 1/2 in flexible liquid-tight non-metallic conduit and threads into a 1/2 in MNPT box opening.

Will the 90 degree bend clear older metallic conduit boxes?

The 90 degree orientation is designed for 1/2 in knockout trade size, so it aligns with standard box openings used in existing installations.
