Nickel Cadmium 4.8 V 600 mAh battery

This replacement battery pack uses nickel-cadmium chemistry to deliver 4.8 V and 600 mAh for compatible emergency-lighting units. It is intended for maintenance staff and facility managers who need a direct-fit power source for existing fixtures. The white housing measures two inches high and fits the specified mounting footprint. It arrives new and ready for installation.

Capacity and recharge profile

The 600 mAh cell provides the rated runtime for code-compliant egress illumination during a power loss. A full recharge cycle takes 168 hours, so the unit is suited to locations where the charger can remain powered continuously between events. The pack is rated for up to two years of rechargeable service before capacity fade requires replacement. It is not designed for daily deep-cycling or extended backup beyond the rated emergency duration.

Amp connector interface limits

Electrical connection is made through an Amp connector terminal, which mates only with fixtures wired for that specific plug. The battery is confirmed for use with the LXURWEI-FX series; other models may have different polarity, voltage or connector geometry. California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the nickel-cadmium chemistry contains listed substances. The product is not restricted from sale in any state.
