Marine Outlet Box Plate

The Hubbell HBL3055 is a one-gang vertical outlet box plate designed for marine electronic installations. It provides a secure mounting point for single receptacles inside portable outlet boxes. The grey PBT resin cover resists corrosion in harsh environments.

NEMA 1 Enclosure Rating

This plate carries a NEMA 1 rating, confirming it is suitable for indoor or protected locations where falling dirt is the primary concern. It is not rated for water jets, submersion or corrosive spray. Buyers needing weatherproof or watertight protection must select a higher-rated enclosure.

Sustained Environmental Exposure

The neoprene gasket and PBT resin cover maintain their seal and structural integrity during continuous exposure to vibration, salt air and temperature cycling. The included installation hardware and gasket ensure the assembly remains tight without periodic re-torquing. The vertical orientation sheds moisture away from the receptacle opening.
