Hubbell Incorporated RACO 1825 Compression Coupling 1 1/4 in Steel Zinc Plated Gray

Trade Size 1 1/4 in Compression Coupling

The RACO 1825 is a steel compression coupling finished in zinc-plated gray. It joins unthreaded rigid metal conduit or intermediate metal conduit in straight runs. The fitting is CSA certified and UL listed for concrete-tight installations. Electrical contractors and maintenance crews use it for commercial and industrial raceway systems.

Replaces Threaded or Set-Screw Couplings

A compression design removes the need to thread conduit in the field or rely on set-screw bite. The jump is worth it when installation speed and a reliable concrete-tight seal matter more than the lowest upfront cost. It suits remodel work where conduit cannot be rotated and new work where inspectors require listed concrete-tight fittings.

Handles 1 1/4 in RMC and IMC Runs

The coupling accepts trade size 1 1/4 in rigid metal conduit and intermediate metal conduit with an overall length of 1 15/16 in. It runs out when the raceway calls for a larger trade size, a different conduit type such as EMT or PVC, or a non-straight connection angle. Weight is 0.84 lb per piece.
