Installers using Hubbell 3D085 or 3D086 receptacles

This box suits electricians and maintenance crews mounting those specific Hubbell series devices where IP44 protection is required. It is not suited for installations that demand a different mounting pattern, a non-metallic enclosure, or multiple conduit entries beyond the single knockout provided.

Single 1.50 inch knockout for half-inch conduit

The defining spec is the one 1.50 inch knockout that accepts half-inch conduit fittings. This single inlet determines whether the box matches the conduit plan; projects needing additional or differently sized entries will require a different enclosure.
