Two-Pack Rechargeable Pen Lights

Aluminium Build with USB-C and Slide Focus

The aluminium body is waterproof and takes a USB-C charge or two AAA cells as backup. Sliding the head shifts the beam from flood to spot, while a single button cycles through five modes including SOS and strobe for signalling.

Check Pocket Space and Backup Cells

Verify the 5.9-inch length and 0.9-inch width suit your preferred carry location. If you plan to rely on the AAA option, source those cells separately as they are not included in the pack.

Questions about this item

What USB standard does the PL9000 use for recharging and what limits the charge speed?

The PL9000 charges through a USB-C port using a standard USB cable; the charge rate is capped by the built-in lithium-ion cell and the 5 V supply from any USB-A or USB-C source.

What are the exact dimensions and weight so I can confirm it fits my pen slot or clip mount?

Each light measures 5.9 in long by 0.9 in wide and weighs 1.9 oz, with a detachable metal clip that secures to pockets, hat brims, belts or tent loops.

How do I install the backup AAA cells and what is the common mistake?

Unscrew the tail cap, insert two AAA batteries with the positive ends toward the head, then retighten; the frequent error is reversing one cell, which prevents the light from powering on.
