Metric M3-M10 combination set

This 6-piece HYMNORQ kit covers metric thread sizes from M3×0.5 to M10×1.5 in a single case. Each bit merges a 135° split-point drill with a matching tap so you drill and cut threads in one pass without swapping tools. The 1/4" hex shank locks into standard drill chucks and quick-change adapters for a secure, slip-free grip. Industrial-grade high-speed steel resists wear across wood, plastic, aluminium and other soft metals.

Low-speed operation with lubricant

The bits are designed for slow RPM and require cutting oil when tapping metal to limit heat and prevent breakage. Spiral flutes eject chips efficiently, keeping friction low during the combined drilling and tapping cycle. The supplier advises keeping the workpiece stable and the bit vertical; excessive shaking or tilting can snap the tool. Not intended for stainless steel or other hard alloys.

Compact case frees bench space

Six metric sizes in one small box replace separate drill-bit and tap sets, reducing clutter in a tool bag or drawer. The hex shank works with corded drills, cordless drivers and impact tools you already own, so no dedicated tapping machine is needed. Suitable for material up to roughly 5 mm thick; thicker stock or harder metals fall outside the design envelope.
