2-in-1 Headphones and Speaker

The HyperGear Flip is a white circumaural headset that converts into a portable speaker by flipping the ear cups outward. It uses 40mm drivers and connects via Bluetooth wireless, 3.5mm auxiliary cable, or microSD card. A 400 mAh battery provides up to 10 hours of playtime and recharges in two hours through USB-C.

Solo listeners and small-group sharing

The foldable design and memory-foam cushions suit commuters and travellers who want noise-isolating personal audio. Three EQ modes — Classic, VoiceBoost and BassBoost — let users tune the sound for music or spoken word. Buyers needing active noise cancellation, aptX codec support or multi-device pairing should consider other models.

Cable and EQ presets only

The box includes the headphones and a USB-C charging cable; no carrying case, wall adapter or analogue audio cable is supplied. The three onboard EQ presets are selected by a physical button, so no companion app or firmware update is required to change sound profiles.

Questions about this item

What do I need to use the 3.5 mm auxiliary input on the HyperGear Flip?

You need a source device with a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a standard 3.5 mm audio cable, which is not included in the package.

Will the foldable design and 8 oz weight fit inside my existing travel case?

The foldable hinge reduces the footprint and the unit weighs 8 oz, so it fits most compact cases designed for circumaural headphones.

How can I confirm the 40 mm drivers are producing sound in both headphone and speaker modes after setup?

Play audio, flip the ear cups inward for private listening, then flip them outward; sound should continue seamlessly from the same drivers in stereo.
