Portable Powerhouse

The HyperX OMEN MAX 16 is a 16-inch gaming laptop built around an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 GPU with 24 GB of GDDR7 memory. It targets enthusiasts who need desktop-class frame rates in a mobile chassis. Windows 11 Home runs on 32 GB of DDR5-6400 RAM and a 2 TB PCIe Gen5 NVMe SSD.

Generation Leap

This configuration replaces older machines limited to previous-gen mobile GPUs and slower DDR memory. The jump is worth it when you need 24 GB of dedicated video memory for 4K textures or heavy creative workloads. Buyers who only play at 1080p or who rely on external GPU docks will not use the full capability.

Sustained Output

A vapor chamber, liquid metal thermal compound and self-cleaning fans form a cooling stack designed to limit throttling during extended sessions. An Unleashed Mode allows manual overclocking headroom for long renders or marathon matches. The 240 Hz OLED panel with 0.2 ms response maintains visual clarity without ghosting under continuous load.

Questions about this item

Does the 16-inch chassis fit a standard 16-inch laptop sleeve?

The laptop measures 16 inches diagonally and weighs 6.5600 lb, so a sleeve rated for 16-inch devices will accommodate it.
