Clear Vinyl Tarp 4x6 ft

The HZMGPCM clear vinyl tarp measures four by six feet and uses 14 mil thick PVC material. It is built for homeowners, gardeners and DIY builders who need waterproof cover that still lets light through.

Thermals Noise Power

The tarp operates stably from minus 30 to 80 degrees Celsius and provides 100 percent waterproof protection in rain or snow. With more than 90 percent light transmittance it keeps covered areas bright without trapping heat.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 4x6 ft tarp using the rustproof grommets and what is the common mistake?

Thread rope through the aluminium-alloy eyelets spaced 20 inches apart on all four sides; the common mistake is leaving the corners loose, so always secure the reinforced plastic corner plates first to prevent tearing in wind.

What maintenance or replacement will the clear vinyl tarp need over time?

Inspect the grommets and corner reinforcements each season; the aluminium-alloy eyelets resist corrosion from -30 to 80 °C, but the 14 mil PVC vinyl can become brittle after prolonged UV exposure and should be replaced if cracking appears.

What is the first limit that appears when the tarp is used continuously outdoors?

The 14 mil vinyl handles rain and wind well, but sustained UV exposure is the first limit — light transmittance above 90 % gradually drops and the material stiffens, signalling it is time for a new cover.
