Everyday companion for active users

Health sensors run continuously rather than

Optical heart-rate, blood-oxygen and stress monitoring operate around the clock, while sleep analysis breaks each night into light, deep and REM stages with onset and wake times. The 100-plus sport modes log steps, distance, calories and active minutes during walks, yoga, dancing, jogging and similar light activities.

IP67 rating sets the environmental boundary

The case resists dust ingress and survives immersion in one metre of water for thirty minutes, making it suitable for hand washing, sweat and light rain but not for swimming or showering. Magnetic charging delivers five to seven days of typical use, and the 1.83-inch HD touch screen remains readable with adjustable brightness.

Questions about this item

How long does the battery last when the K53 is worn all day with heart-rate and SpO2 monitoring active?

The magnetic fast charge gives 5 to 7 days of regular use with 24/7 heart-rate, blood-oxygen and stress tracking plus sleep analysis, so daily charging is not needed.

Which phone and app are required to pair the K53 and receive call or message alerts?

You need a smartphone running Android 4.4 or above and the GloryFit app; Bluetooth pairing must be done inside the app, not in the phone's system settings, to enable calls, SMS and social notifications.

Will the IP67-rated K53 survive being worn alongside an older mechanical watch during hand washing or light rain?

Yes, the IP67 water and dust resistance protects the K53 from daily hand washing, sweat and light rain, so it can be worn together with another watch in those conditions.
