1/87 Scale France Team Coach

This 1/87 scale diecast model replicates the Scania Touring HD coach decorated in the France National Football Team livery. It is produced as a limited edition of 504 pieces worldwide for adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts. The model arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging. It is an officially licensed product.

Diecast Construction Limits

The body is made of diecast metal with some plastic parts and features real rubber tyres. The model does not have any openings, so doors and compartments remain fixed in place. Detail is limited to the exterior surfaces visible at this scale.

504-Piece Edition Headroom

The edition size of 504 pieces provides a defined collecting target without the volume of mass-market releases. Its approximate dimensions of L-6, W-1.25, H-1.5 inches suit standard HO scale layouts or display cases. Collectors seeking larger scales or interactive features will need a different format.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 1/87 scale model or a different scale for my HO layout?

This model is produced only in 1/87 scale, matching standard HO gauge, so it fits directly without needing an alternative version.

How large will the 6-inch length appear on my HO layout?

At roughly 6 inches long, 1.25 inches wide and 1.5 inches high, the coach occupies a realistic footprint for a full-size Scania Touring HD on an HO scene.

Does the diecast construction limit detail compared to resin or plastic?

The diecast metal body with plastic parts delivers the true-to-scale exterior detail and real rubber tires described, while the fixed moulding means no openings are present.
