Vehicle integration harness

The iDatalink HRN-HRR-GM2 radio replacement harness works with select GM vehicles from 2010 and newer. It enables installation of an aftermarket receiver while retaining steering wheel audio controls. Factory OnStar, amplifier and warning chimes remain functional. The harness requires a Maestro ADS-MRR or ADS-MRR2 module for operation.

Thermals noise and power

This wiring harness contains no active cooling components and generates no audible noise during operation. Power draw is limited to the passive signal routing required for vehicle data and accessory circuits. Normal use adds no measurable thermal load to the vehicle electrical system.

Maestro module requirement

The harness cannot function without a compatible Maestro ADS-MRR or ADS-MRR2 interface module installed. The ADS-MRR2 module supports additional vehicles from 2006 and newer across multiple brands. Bluetooth programming is available directly from iOS and Android devices for the module. Without this separate module the harness provides no vehicle integration.
