Radio replacement harness for select Hyundai and Kia vehicles from 2011, retaining steering wheel controls and factory cameras with a Maestro module
The iDatalink HRN-HRR-HK1 is a radio replacement harness engineered for select Hyundai and Kia vehicles manufactured from 2011 onwards. It serves installers and owners who want to fit an aftermarket head unit while keeping factory steering wheel audio controls and camera feeds. The harness is built for vehicles that do not have a factory amplifier installed.
This harness cannot operate on its own; it requires a separate Maestro ADS-MRR or ADS-MRR2 module to integrate with the vehicle data bus. Without that module the steering wheel controls, camera retention and engine performance data display will not function. Buyers who do not plan to purchase the Maestro module should choose a different harness.
The harness offers a plug-and-play connection to the vehicle wiring when paired with the correct Maestro module, and the universal radio-side connector can be removed for conventional soldered or crimped connections if preferred. The receiver must provide a second camera input to retain both the factory backup and front cameras. Installers should verify the specific vehicle lacks a factory amplifier before beginning work.
