Hyundai & Kia radio harness

The iDatalink HRN-HRR-HK1 is a vehicle-specific installation harness for select Hyundai and Kia models from 2010 onward without factory amplifiers. It connects an aftermarket receiver to the car's wiring while preserving steering-wheel audio controls and the original backup camera feed. The harness requires a separate Maestro ADS-MRR or ADS-MRR2 module to function.

ADS-MRR module dependency

This harness cannot operate on its own; it must be paired with a Maestro ADS-MRR or ADS-MRR2 interface module purchased separately. The module handles data translation for retained features and is limited to the vehicle applications listed for that specific module. A receiver with a second camera input is necessary to use the factory front camera support.

Replaces factory radio connector

The harness replaces the OEM radio plug, eliminating the need to cut or splice vehicle wiring during an aftermarket stereo installation. The upgrade is worthwhile when you want to keep steering-wheel controls, backup camera view and available front camera display without losing vehicle diagnostics shown on the new touchscreen. It is not for vehicles equipped with a factory amplified audio system or for makes outside the supported Hyundai and Kia range.
