Automatic leak shut-off valve for water filtration

The IDENTER as-414 installs on a 1/2 inch BSP male connection and monitors for leaks with a floor-mounted sensor. When water touches the detector, the solenoid valve closes automatically to stop flow. An audible alarm and indicator light also activate. The unit operates on a 9V alkaline battery and functions in temperatures from -20 to 80°C.

Included fittings adapt the valve to common tubing

The package supplies two quick fittings for 1/4 inch OD tubing and two for 3/8 inch OD tubing, each with a 1/2 inch BSP thread. A 3/8 inch adapter is also included for broader compatibility. These accessories let the valve connect directly to kitchen sinks, toilets or filtration systems without extra parts. The 1.5 metre cable between sensor and valve allows flexible placement.

Rated for 6 Bar pressure with low standby draw

The valve handles a maximum pressure of 6 Bar, suitable for standard municipal or pumped supplies. Typical operating current is 1 mA, rising to 15 mA during actuation.
