A dual-monitor DisplayPort KVM switch lets two computers share two screens, three USB 3.0 peripherals and audio, switching via buttons or wired remote at up to 8K 60 Hz and 4K 144 Hz
This IHDAPP KVM switch lets two computers share two DisplayPort monitors, three USB 3.0 peripherals and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It handles resolutions up to 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 144 Hz, plus lower refresh rates down to 30 Hz. Switching is done by front push buttons or the included wired remote. The unit ships with a 12 V power adapter, two USB 3.0 cables and a desktop controller.
Each computer must provide two DisplayPort outputs and one USB 3.0 port to drive both monitors and the shared peripherals. DisplayPort cables are not included, so you need four male-to-male DP leads rated for the resolution and refresh rate you want. Verify that your graphics cards can output the desired mode — mirror or extend — at the target resolution. The switch requires the supplied 12 V adapter; there is no bus-power option.
If you currently unplug monitors and peripherals to move between two PCs, this switch removes that friction and keeps both displays active in extend mode. The jump is worth it when you need simultaneous dual-monitor workspaces on either machine and want 5 Gbps USB 3.0 sharing for drives, printers or other devices. It is not for setups that need more than two computers, single-monitor configurations, or laptops without dual DisplayPort outputs.

The box contains two USB 3.0 cables for the computer links, a 12 V power adapter, a wired desktop controller and a user manual. DisplayPort cables for the video connections are not included.
The switch handles both; it will run 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at up to 144 Hz, and also supports 4K at 240 Hz, 120 Hz, 60 Hz or 30 Hz depending on what your monitors and graphics cards can deliver.
It means the unit can pass an 8K signal at 60 Hz to each of the two DisplayPort outputs, provided your computers and monitors support that resolution and refresh rate over DisplayPort 1.4.
