This KVM switch lets two computers share two DisplayPort monitors and one set of USB peripherals. It supports 8K at 30 Hz and 4K at 144 Hz with DP 1.4 and is backward compatible with DP 1.2. Switching is done by push buttons or a 1.52 m wired remote. The unit measures 10 x 6.5 x 3.3 cm and weighs 260 g.

Resolution and refresh rate

The decisive specification is the maximum video resolution of 8K at 30 Hz and 4K at 144 Hz over DisplayPort 1.4. Both connected computers must be able to drive dual displays at these rates for the switch to pass them through. If either system cannot output the required resolution, the switch will fall back to lower modes supported by DP 1.2.
