Switches four computers to dual 4K 60 Hz monitors with three USB 3.0 ports and push-button or remote control
This DisplayPort 1.2 KVM switch lets four computers or laptops share one keyboard, one mouse and two monitors. It supports 4K at 60 Hz and lower resolutions down to 1080p at 60 Hz. The unit also passes audio through a dedicated microphone output.
All DisplayPort and USB cables connect at the back, keeping the desktop clear. Three USB 3.0 ports handle keyboard, mouse, printer or scanner at up to 5 Gbps, while USB 2.0 devices fall back to 480 Mbps. A wired remote and front push buttons both switch the active system, with LEDs showing the current selection.
The switch removes the need to swap DisplayPort leads or USB hubs when moving between four machines. It is worth the step up when a single workstation must drive two 4K 60 Hz displays from multiple sources. Buyers whose computers lack dual-display output cannot use the two-monitor mode.

The DP 1.2 connection supports up to 4K at 60 Hz and is backward compatible with 1080p at 60 Hz and lower resolutions.
Four DisplayPort cables and four USB 3.0 cables run to the rear ports; two DisplayPort cables connect the monitors to the output ports. All ports face the back to keep the desk clear.
Connect the DC 5 V adapter first, then attach the DP and USB cables from each computer to the corresponding rear ports, plug the monitors into the two output ports, and finally press the front button or use the wired remote to select a PC. The power adapter must be connected before any video cables or the switch will not signal correctly.
