Four-computer dual-monitor KVM

The IHDAPP unit lets one keyboard, one mouse and two HDMI monitors control four separate computers or laptops. HDMI 2.1 inputs accept resolutions up to 7680x4320 at 60 Hz and 3840x2160 at 144 Hz. EDID emulation keeps each display configuration stable when switching. A USB 3.0 hub shares one peripheral set across all four systems.

HDMI 2.1 and USB 3.0 cabling

Each of the four computer ports requires one HDMI 2.1 cable and one USB 3.0 cable, both supplied at 4.92 ft length. The switch draws power from the included USB-to-DC adapter, so no separate mains brick is needed. Two HDMI outputs drive extended, mirrored or spliced desktop modes on the selected computer. Front-panel LEDs show the active port.

Wired remote and audio switching

A 3.5 mm aux wired remote allows port changes from up to 50 ft away. The switch also routes 3.5 mm stereo speaker output and microphone input, plus HDMI digital audio through the same green jack. Five switching methods — hotkey, mouse wheel click, front button, remote and auto-scan at 8 to 999 seconds — cover desk and rack scenarios.
