IHDAPP Green Activity Tracker

The IHDAPP green activity tracker is a wrist-worn device for monitoring daily movement and vital signs. It records steps, distance and calories while providing continuous, automatic heart-rate tracking. Sleep stages are captured automatically and synced to the companion app for trend review. A silent vibration alarm wakes the wearer without disturbing others.

Swimmers and all-day wearers

The IP68 rating makes this tracker suitable for swimming, diving and showering without removal. Users who want a built-in USB plug that charges fully in about two hours and lasts five to seven days per charge will find it convenient. Buyers who need on-board GPS mapping or contactless payments should look at other devices. Anyone requiring a hot-bath safe wearable must choose a different model.

IP68 waterproof rating

The IP68 classification is the single specification that decides suitability for water-based activities. It confirms protection for swimming, diving and showering while explicitly excluding hot baths. This rating determines whether the tracker matches the buyer's aquatic routine. No other specification overrides this constraint for water exposure.

Questions about this item

Does the IP68 rating cover swimming and showering?

Yes, the IP68 waterproof index means you can wear it while swimming, diving or taking a shower; only remove it before a hot bath.

How do I charge the tracker without a separate cable?

The built-in USB plug lets you charge directly from any USB port; a full charge takes about two hours and lasts five to seven days.

Will the vibration alarm eventually need service or replacement?

The silent vibration alarm is integrated into the sealed unit and has no user-serviceable parts; if it stops working the whole tracker would need replacing.
