Purpose & Audience

This IHDAPP activity tracker combines a 1.3-inch colour touchscreen with IP67 water resistance and a 180mAh battery. It targets men, women and children who want continuous step, distance, calorie and heart-rate data plus call and message alerts on the wrist.

Who It Fits & Who It Doesn't

The watch suits users looking for all-day activity logging, sleep-stage analysis and sedentary reminders without a bulky charger. It does not suit swimmers or divers, because the IP67 rating only covers hand-washing and rain exposure, nor buyers who need built-in GPS or onboard music storage.

Deciding Specification

The single figure that decides fit is the 1.3-inch display size, which fixes the amount of data visible at once and the overall wrist footprint; if that screen area feels too small or too large, another form factor will serve you better.

Questions about this item

What size wrist does the regular-fit strap accommodate?

The tracker comes in a regular-fit size designed for typical adult wrists and fastens with an adjustable buckle so you can tighten or loosen it for a secure, comfortable fit during sleep or exercise

How do I charge the 180mAh battery and how long does a full charge take?

Clip the supplied magnetic charger onto the contacts on the back of the case; a full charge takes 1 to 1.5 hours and then delivers more than 7 days of typical use

What daily care keeps the IP67 seal effective over time?

Rinse the watch with fresh water after sweat or rain, dry it thoroughly, avoid pressing the touchscreen while wet, and do not wear it for swimming or diving so the waterproof rating remains reliable
