The IHDAPP SW521 is a USB-C KVM switch that lets one laptop and one desktop share two HDMI monitors and a 13-in-1 docking station. For Thunderbolt Laptop and Dual-HDMI Desktop Users

This switch suits users whose laptop has a Thunderbolt 3, 4 or 5 port and whose desktop offers two HDMI outputs and a USB port. It will not work for laptops lacking Thunderbolt, for Mac users who need extended desktop across two screens, or for anyone expecting Power Delivery charging through the USB-C connection. Buyers wanting DisplayPort or DVI monitor connectivity should look elsewhere, as adapter cables are not recommended.

The single specification that decides compatibility is the laptop USB-C port: it must be Thunderbolt 3, 4 or 5. Standard USB-C or USB 3.x ports will not drive the dual-monitor dock. The desktop must also provide two HDMI ports and a USB port, and each monitor needs an HDMI input. The included 12 V power adapter powers the switch itself; the USB-C link does not supply laptop charging.
