Shares four USB 3.0 peripherals between two computers with a manual button and LED indicators, no external power required
This USB 3.0 KVM switch lets two computers share four USB 3.0 peripherals with a single button press. It requires no external power adapter for basic operation and adds no perceptible input lag. Blue LED indicators show which computer is active. The compact unit fits on any desk without crowding other gear.
Two USB-A-to-USB-A cables are included so both computers can be connected immediately. An extra USB-A port accepting 5 V 2 A input is provided for high-draw devices such as external hard drives, webcams or headsets; a power cable for that port is not included. The switch works plug-and-play with Windows, macOS, Chrome OS and Linux without driver installation.
Each of the four shared ports supports up to 5 Gbps data transfer and remains backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices. The single-button selector toggles all four ports simultaneously between the two connected computers. Buyers needing to share peripherals among more than two computers or requiring video switching should look elsewhere.

The 5 V 2 A port is designed for high-power peripherals such as hard drives and cameras; if a connected device later draws more current than the host ports supply, a standard USB power adapter can be plugged in.
The switch shares a single 5 Gbps upstream link between the two computers, so combined throughput of all four ports cannot exceed that limit during sustained transfers.
The compact, fanless design runs silently; with no external power supply required under normal loads it stays cool to the touch during continuous operation.
