A USB foot pedal with two programmable switches for hands-free keyboard shortcuts or mouse clicks in gaming, medical or transcription workflows
The iKKEGOL FS2016USB2A provides two programmable pedals in a single compact housing that connects to one USB port. It targets gamers, transcriptionists, medical staff and factory operators who need to trigger shortcuts, mouse clicks or text strings without releasing a keyboard or controller. Each pedal can be mapped independently through the supplied configuration utility.
The switch draws all power from the host USB connection and has no internal fans, active cooling or external power supply, so it adds negligible load and produces no audible noise. Four TPU rubber feet keep the unit stationary on hard floors during repeated actuation, while the absence of moving cooling parts means thermal output is effectively zero in normal use.
The downloadable FootSwitch utility (versions 7.05 and 7.10) runs on Windows to assign any single key, hotkey combination, mouse button or text macro to each pedal. Once written, the profile resides in the device firmware, allowing the pedals to function on Linux or macOS without the software present. Multiple units can be programmed individually and used simultaneously on the same PC.

Download the FootSwitch software version 7.05 or 7.10, plug the pedal into a USB port, run the installer, then assign each pedal a key or macro; the step often missed is that the profile stores on the device itself, so you must finish programming before unplugging.
The unit has four TPU rubber feet that prevent slipping on hard floors; these pads can wear down or detach with heavy use and should be checked periodically, but no other user-serviceable parts or consumables are specified.
The device can hold only one settings profile at a time; if you need different key maps for separate applications, you must re-program the pedals each session, which is the first practical constraint under sustained use.
