Compact waterproof speaker with 40mm driver

The iLive ISBW108B is a portable Bluetooth speaker built around a 40mm driver and wrapped in a rubberised, IPX5-rated fabric shell. A detachable carabiner clip lets it attach to bags or belts for on-the-go listening. It streams audio wirelessly up to 60 feet and includes a 3.5 mm auxiliary input for wired sources. A built-in microphone enables hands-free speakerphone calls with on-board volume, playback and pairing controls.

Suited to light travel and outdoor use.

This unit fits users who want a small, splash-proof speaker for short trips, shower use or quick conference calls. The battery delivers up to 2.5 hours at full volume, so buyers needing a full day of continuous music should look elsewhere. There is no multi-speaker pairing or app-based EQ, limiting flexibility for stereo setups or sound tuning. The micro-USB charging port also means slower replenishment than modern USB-C alternatives.

Fits in a pocket, runs on its own battery.

Measuring 2.56 by 2.56 by 3.54 inches, the speaker slides into a jacket pocket or cup holder without a separate power brick. The integrated rechargeable cell removes the need for disposable batteries, while the supplied micro-USB cable tops it up from any USB-A port. Bluetooth A2DP handles phone, tablet or laptop streaming, and the 3.5 mm aux jack lets legacy devices or non-Bluetooth players connect instantly. The carabiner frees up interior bag space by clipping to the outside.
