It connects wirelessly via Bluetooth 2.1 or through a 3.5mm AUX input for tablets, phones and digital music players. A metal grille protects the drivers and a built-in speakerphone handles incoming calls.

Plug in or pair and play

Pairing works with devices running Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR or higher, including iPad, iPhone from the second generation with software 3.1, iPod Touch, Mac and most Bluetooth phones or computers. The 3.5mm audio line input connects any source with a headphone jack. Charge via 5V DC and the speaker is ready for home, travel or office use.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 3 x 2 W output is active after pairing?

Play audio at a moderate volume and listen for clear stereo sound across the 90 Hz to 20 kHz range; the 80 dB signal-to-noise ratio should keep background hiss low.

What cables come in the box and which must I supply?

The speaker includes a 3.5 mm audio cable for AUX input; a 5 V DC charger and any Bluetooth 2.1 source device are not included.

Should I choose the 800 mAh battery version or a larger capacity?

Only the 800 mAh lithium-polymer model is offered, so select this version for up to several hours of playback per charge.
