Automatic Foam Dispenser 1000ml

The IMPACT 9328 is a touch-free foam soap dispenser built for high-traffic washrooms and breakrooms. Its infrared sensor delivers product without hand contact, reducing cross-contamination risk. A 1000ml refillable bottle supports extended use between refills. The ABS housing resists impact and chemical wear in daily service.

Capacity and Refill Headroom

The 1000ml (29.6 L) bottle accepts most bulk foam soaps and sanitisers, dispensing 0.7ml per stroke for up to 50000 cycles per battery set. A vented screw cap allows quick top-ups without removing the reservoir. The transparent site window lets staff monitor fill level at a glance. When the reservoir empties, the 9327B replacement bottle continues the low-waste cycle.

Installation and Power Needs

Four C alkaline batteries (not included) power the unit for at least six months under normal traffic. A key-locked cover secures the reservoir and battery compartment, with 9327K replacement keys available. The 11-inch height fits standard wall mounting without special brackets. ADA-compliant push force ensures accessibility for all users.

Questions about this item

Will the IMPACT 9328 fit on the same wall bracket as my older 9327 model?

The 9328 uses the same key lock system with the 9327K replacement key, so existing mounting hardware for the 9327 range remains compatible.

How can I confirm the sensor is dispensing the correct 0.7ml dose after installation?

Place a hand under the sensor; each activation delivers a single 0.7ml foam stroke. The site window lets you watch the 1000ml bottle level drop consistently over repeated uses.

Does the box include the four C alkaline batteries or must I buy them separately?

The package contains the dispenser and refillable 9327B bottle only. Four C alkaline batteries are not included and must be purchased separately.
