Bulk Foam Soap Dispenser for Commercial Restrooms

The IMPACT Encore dispenser delivers foam soap or sanitizer in high-traffic washrooms. Its manual pump suits offices, schools and healthcare settings where touch-free power is not required. The gray ABS and SAN construction resists daily cleaning chemicals. ADA compliance ensures accessible operation for all users.

0.4 ml Dose with 0 to 14 cps Viscosity Range

Each stroke dispenses 0.4 ml of foam, providing consistent portion control that reduces waste. The pump handles bulk foam soaps and sanitizers rated from 0 to 14 centipoise, covering most commercial formulations. Very thick gels or abrasive scrubs fall outside this range and may not dispense correctly.

Bag-Free Refill Reservoir Cuts Packaging Waste

The see-through tank eliminates proprietary cartridges, allowing bulk refills from gallon containers. Removing the dispenser from the mounted backplate simplifies cleaning and refill tasks. This design lowers ongoing material costs and supports sustainability goals for facility managers.

Questions about this item

Will the 0.4 ml foam pump still deliver consistent foam after thousands of refill cycles?

The field-tested pump mechanism is rated for several thousand cycles, so the 0.4 ml dose and foam quality remain stable over long-term use.

How can I confirm the dispenser is operating correctly once mounted?

The see-through tank lets you watch the soap level drop with each stroke, and you should see rich, thick foam forming at the nozzle every time you press the lever.

Does the package include the backplate and any soap, or must I buy them separately?

The box contains the dispenser and its mounting backplate; bulk foam soap or sanitizer is not included and must be purchased separately.
