Inctel Partaker I28 Mini PC

The Inctel Partaker I28 is a fanless desktop computer built around an Intel Core i3-10110U processor with 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB SSD. It ships with Windows 10 Pro and is Windows 11 ready. The aluminium chassis measures 186 x 126.5 x 66 mm and operates silently without moving parts.

Fit: Office, Education, Industrial Control

This system suits buyers who need a compact, silent PC for business office tasks, HD video playback, electronic education or industrial automation. Its dual Intel Gigabit LAN ports, two COM ports and SIM slot support wired networking and legacy serial devices. It is not for buyers who want a discrete graphics card, internal 3.5-inch drive bays or user-replaceable CPU.

Deciding Spec: Fanless Aluminium Chassis

The all-aluminium mini-ITX case doubles as a heatsink, enabling completely passive cooling from 0 °C to 50 °C depending on the storage drive fitted. This thermal design dictates where the unit can be mounted and determines whether the silent, maintenance-free operation meets the installation requirements.

Questions about this item

Can I connect my legacy serial devices to the 2xCOM RS232/485 ports on this Partaker I28?

Yes, the unit provides two COM ports supporting RS232 and RS485, allowing direct connection of older serial equipment without adapters.

How do I confirm the Intel UHD Graphics are driving both the HDMI and DisplayPort outputs at 4K?

In Windows Display Settings, each connected monitor will show its native resolution; the Intel Graphics Command Center also reports the active display modes for both ports.

Does the box include a VESA mount or must I buy one separately for the 186*126.5*66mm chassis?

The supplied package contains the mini PC, a 12 V power adapter and a regional power cord; a VESA bracket is not included and must be purchased separately.
