Ultra-Thin 4" LED Kit

This Infibrite recessed kit includes six dimmable LED modules with integrated junction boxes. Each unit draws 9W at 120V and delivers 750 lumens of 3000K warm-white light. The fixtures are IC-rated, Energy Star certified and wet-rated for bathrooms, kitchens or soffits. Installation requires only 2" of plenum clearance and uses a click-in wiring system with a 1:1 cut-out template.

Homeowners and remodelers

The pack suits projects that need multiple matching downlights in shallow ceilings or damp locations. The 3000K colour temperature matches many existing halogen lamps and the 5% to 100% dimming range works with compatible dimmers. Buyers who need a different colour temperature, higher lumen output or non-120V supply should look elsewhere. The 1.5 lb unit weight and metal construction support standard ceiling joists without reinforcement.

2" minimum clearance

The defining specification is the 2" plenum depth needed for the ultra-thin housing and junction box. This allows the kit to fit where traditional cans cannot, such as under joists or in renovation ceilings with limited space. Verify the available cavity depth before purchase; no other dimension in the data governs fit.

Questions about this item

Does the LED module need replacing during the 5 year limited warranty period?

The integrated LED is rated for long life and the fixture carries a 5 year limited warranty; no separate bulb replacement is required.

What limits continuous operation in an insulated ceiling?

The IC rating allows direct contact with insulation, so thermal protection in the driver is the first limit during sustained use.

How much heat and noise does each 9W unit produce when left on all day?

Each light draws 9 watts at 120V, runs cool thanks to the metal housing and airtight design, and the dimming circuit operates silently from 5% to 100%.
