6-Inch LED Recessed Kit

This 12-pack of 6-inch LED recessed lighting kits provides 5000K daylight illumination for residential and light commercial spaces. Each unit includes a white metal trim and an integrated junction box for a complete installation. The ultra-thin profile suits ceilings with limited plenum depth. Dimmable operation covers a 5% to 100% range without flicker or audible hum.

2-Inch Minimum Clearance

Installation requires only 2 inches of ceiling clearance, making these fixtures suitable for shallow joist bays and retrofit projects where deeper cans will not fit. The IC-rated housing allows direct contact with insulation. Wet-rated construction permits use in bathrooms, kitchens and covered soffits. All certifications including Energy Star, ETL, FCC and UL-listed connectors are satisfied.

12W 1050LM Thermal Profile

Each fixture draws 12 watts while delivering 1050 lumens, replacing a 75-watt incandescent equivalent with up to 88% energy savings. The metal housing and airtight design promote passive heat dissipation so the trim remains cool during extended operation. Silent, fanless construction adds no noise to the environment. Rated for 120V supply.

Questions about this item

What does the 1050 lumens output mean for a real room?

At 1050 lumens each, the 12 lights provide strong daylight illumination suitable for workspaces, basements or large kitchens where detail visibility matters.

How does the 120V connection limit dimming options?

The fixtures run on standard 120V household wiring and dim smoothly from 5% to 100% using compatible wall dimmers without flicker or hum.

What ceiling clearance is needed for the 2-inch housing?

Only 2 inches of plenum space is required, so the ultra-thin housing and junction box fit in shallow ceilings, soffits or tight joist bays.
