Product identity

The Infinity 622MLT is a pair of 6.5-inch two-way marine speakers built for boat owners who want loud, clear audio with integrated RGB lighting. Their sealed motor structure, UV-resistant polymer baskets and rubber surrounds are designed to survive sun, salt spray and repeated wash-downs.

Capacity and headroom

Rated at 225 watts, the speakers deliver strong bass from the polypropylene cone and smooth highs from the balanced dome tweeter, filling an open deck with music at cruising volume. They will run out of headroom on very large vessels or in high-noise offshore conditions where more output or additional pairs are needed.

Deciding specification

The grille-mounted tweeter seals the front of the woofer cone, protecting the motor from water ingress — a design detail that determines whether the speaker survives a season or lasts for years.

Questions about this item

Will the 6.5-inch cutout of the 622MLT match the holes left by my old 6.5-inch marine speakers?

Yes, the 6.5-inch diameter is a standard marine cutout size, so the 622MLT should fit existing 6.5-inch openings without new drilling.

How can I verify the RGB illumination is functioning correctly once the 622MLT speakers are installed?

Apply power and cycle through the RGB controller; each driver should light evenly across the full colour range without flicker or dead zones.

Does the 622MLT pair include the RGB controller and wiring harness, or must they be purchased separately?

The pair includes the two speakers with integrated RGB LEDs and grilles; a compatible RGB controller and wiring harness are sold separately.
