InFocus IN0022SL 800 x 600 4000 lm business projector

Portable SVGA projector for classrooms and meetings

The InFocus IN0022SL is a portable DLP projector with a native 800 x 600 SVGA resolution and 4000 lumens brightness. It suits teachers, small-business presenters and home users who need a bright 4:3 image for slides, documents or legacy video sources. The 15000-hour lamp life in normal mode reduces maintenance intervals for daily use.

Replacing dimmer SVGA units or aging 4:3 projectors

This model upgrades from older portable projectors that deliver lower brightness or shorter lamp life, making the jump worthwhile when rooms cannot be fully darkened or when a 15000-hour service cycle cuts downtime. It also accepts 1080p input signals and scales them to the native panel, so users migrating from 1080p sources do not need a separate scaler. Buyers who need widescreen native resolution or higher pixel density should look elsewhere.

Limits of the SVGA panel and HDMI connectivity

The 800 x 600 panel cannot resolve detail above SVGA, so 1080p content is downscaled and fine text may lose sharpness. Two HDMI ports allow simple switching between a laptop and a media player, but the projector does not support wireless casting or network management. The 30000:1 contrast ratio helps black levels in darkened rooms, yet ambient light will still wash out the image because brightness is fixed at 4000 lumens.
