Home Theater Projector WXGA

The InFocus IN1116 is a portable DLP projector built for home cinema and casual presentations. It weighs 3.5 lbs and delivers a native 1280 x 800 resolution with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The unit produces 2400 ANSI lumens and a 14000:1 contrast ratio for clear images in dim environments.

Upgrade from lower-lumen portable units

This model replaces older portable projectors that fall below 2000 lumens or lack HDMI connectivity. The jump is worth it when you need 1080p signal acceptance and 2400 lumens for rooms with some ambient light. It also adds RS-232 control for fixed installations.

Sustained brightness and heat management

Under continuous operation the lamp maintains rated brightness through active cooling without audible distraction in a quiet room. The sealed DLP engine resists dust buildup that degrades contrast over time. Built-in speakers handle basic audio so external units are optional for casual use.
