InFocus IN2124 DLP projector for meeting rooms

The InFocus IN2124 is a DLP business projector rated at 3200 lumens with a native resolution of 1024 x 768. It accepts a 1080p HD video signal for compatible sources. The unit weighs 4.8 lbs and is designed for larger meeting rooms and classrooms where bright, clear images are required.

Check inputs and mounting before purchase

Verify that your source device can output video over the interfaces available on the IN2124. Confirm the throw distance suits your room layout so the image fills the screen at the desired size. Ensure a suitable mount or stable surface can support the 4.8 lb weight. The projector includes a remote control for menu navigation and source selection.

Typical thermal and power behaviour

The DLP engine and 3200 lumen lamp produce noticeable heat during operation; allow free airflow around the vents. Fan noise is audible in a quiet room but drops to a low hum in normal meeting ambient levels. Power draw rises with lamp brightness; the projector operates from a standard mains supply without special circuits.

Questions about this item

What is included with the Infocus IN2124 and do I need to buy cables separately?

The projector ships with a remote control. Video cables such as HDMI are not included and must be purchased separately.

Should I choose the IN2124 or the IN2126 model for my room?

Both models share 3200 lumens brightness, 1024 x 768 native resolution and 4.8 lbs weight. The IN2126 adds advanced networking features not present on the IN2124.

How bright will 3200 lumens actually look in a lit meeting room?

At 3200 lumens the image stays clear in rooms with moderate ambient light. For very bright spaces or large screens a higher lumen rating would be needed.
