InnoGear CM38X USB Microphone

The InnoGear CM38X is a USB condenser microphone designed for desktop streaming, gaming and voice communication. It connects via USB Type-C and includes a 6.56ft cable for flexible placement. A cardioid capsule captures speech while rejecting off-axis sound, and the supplier states a 600% clarity improvement over prior designs. The unit ships in black and is sold new.

Suited to PC, Mac, PS4 and PS5 users

This microphone works with Windows PCs, macOS, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 without additional drivers. It is not compatible with Xbox consoles, so buyers using that platform should look elsewhere. Touch-sensitive mute and a large gain knob provide quick control during live sessions. Zero-latency monitoring lets the speaker hear their own output in real time.

Headroom for close-range voice work

The capsule sensitivity is rated at -45 decibels with a signal-to-noise ratio of 71 decibels, giving clean capture for speech at the suggested 6 to 12 inch distance. Background noise suppression handles typical room ambience during streams or calls. Very loud sources or distant pickup beyond the cardioid pattern will exceed the comfortable operating range.
