Underdesk keyboard drawer with wrist rest

This Innovera 53010 unit mounts beneath a desk to hold a keyboard and mouse off the work surface. The high-impact plastic tray measures 21.38 by 12.88 inches and accepts keyboards up to 20 3/4 inches wide. A built-in wrist rest includes cut-outs for small supplies. The drawer glides on a 15 inch track and installs with included hardware.

Suits fixed-height desks; not for sit-stand users

Three fixed height settings range from level with the desktop down to four inches below, so the tray works well for seated typing at a standard desk. The wrist rest and supply cut-outs help keep the workspace tidy. Because the sit-to-stand option is absent, people who alternate between sitting and standing should look at a different solution. The tray also lacks a swivelling mouse platform.

15 inch glide track determines desk-depth fit

The drawer extends on a 15 inch glide track, so the mounting surface must provide at least that much clear depth behind the front edge. If the desk frame, a pedestal or a modesty panel intrudes into that zone, the drawer will not open fully. Verify the available depth before purchase.
