1080p60 HDMI to USB 3.0 Converter

The Inogeni HD2USB3 captures uncompressed HDMI video with embedded audio and delivers it over a USB 3.0 connection. It handles 1080p at 60 fps plus lower SD and HD resolutions. The unit draws power directly from the USB port and requires no driver installation on Windows, macOS, Linux or Android. A firmware upgrade path to 4K is available when needed.

Suited for direct camera capture.

Videoconferencing, lecture recording and live streaming users who need a single, reliable HDMI source will find this converter straightforward. It is UVC-compliant, so it works with DirectShow applications without extra software. Buyers who require simultaneous inputs, internal scaling engines or on-board encoding should look at a different class of device.

Check USB 3.0 port and HDMI source compatibility

Verify that your computer provides a true USB 3.0 port; USB 2.0 will not deliver the bandwidth required for 1080p60 capture. Confirm the source outputs one of the listed resolutions such as 1920x1080, 1280x720 or 1920x1200. Ensure your recording or streaming application supports UVC video devices on your operating system.
