8K 360° Action Camera for Creators

The Insta360 X5 captures 8K30fps 360° video using dual 1/1.28" CMOS sensors with 24.5 effective pixels. It records 5.7K at up to 60fps and 4K at up to 120fps. The Standard Bundle in Midnight Black ships without a microSD card. It is built for creators who need high-resolution spherical footage and flexible reframing options.

USB-C 3.0 and Fast-Charging Battery

The camera connects via USB-C 3.0 for data transfer and supports PD3.0 PPS fast charging. The 2400mAh battery reaches 80% in 20 minutes and 100% in 35 minutes with a 30W charger. It delivers up to 208 minutes of runtime in 5.7K Endurance Mode. WiFi 802.11a/n/ac enables wireless control and file transfer to the mobile app or Studio desktop software.

Upgrade from Lower-Resolution 360° Cameras

This model replaces cameras limited to 5.7K or lower spherical resolution. The jump is worth it when 8K30fps 360° detail, PureVideo low-light processing via triple AI chip, and replaceable F2.0 lenses are required. It is not for users who only need standard flat-action footage or who require internal storage without purchasing a separate microSD card.
